How it drops
Bulwark of Screams is a unique for the shield slot, always on a Tower Shield base. Power grade 2 of 5: it falls 1.5× as often as a standard unique. Uniques fall from the Risings; a floor drop is one only once in 100,000. Inside each tier a grade 5 falls 8× less often than a grade 1. Only one copy of a unique can be worn at a time.
