How it drops

Soot-Sifter Bracers is a unique for the bracers slot, always on a Vambraces base. Power grade 3 of 5: it falls as often as a standard unique. Uniques fall from the Risings; a floor drop is one only once in 100,000. Inside each tier a grade 5 falls 8× less often than a grade 1. Only one copy of a unique can be worn at a time.

Stats

Uniques roll a fixed set of affixes chosen to serve the power; only the values roll, from the depth the item drops at and its quality. Below is Soot-Sifter Bracers exactly as the game rolls it at quality 100, at three depths.

Percent affixes are fixed at a given quality; flat ones grow with depth. Quality runs 50–125% and multiplies every line.

Builds it belongs to

It lives in the Economy / progression family of uniques, alongside Candlewick Band, Imp-Hoard Loop, Forge Imp, Reliquary Band, Appraiser's Loupe, Hell Sextant. Stacking uniques from one family is how a mechanic is pushed past what affixes alone allow.
