Hellruler Play

September 17, 2026

Ten Raid Lords with phases, world bosses the Rites raise, ten Strays with a shelf to fill, and no clock on a raid strike.

NEW · THE TEN RAID LORDS
Your guild's raid boss is now one of ten Raid Lords, a different one each week.
Each Lord has three phases with their own rules and attacks; the phase and its rule scroll over the fight while you strike. Every Lord's story is in the Codex.
NEW · THE RISINGS
When Rites are completed they can raise a Rising: a world boss every player online can strike, for ten minutes or until it is killed. It shows on your map.
Ten of them, taking turns, each with its own phases.
Strike it as many times as you can while it stands.
NEW · THE STRAYS
Ten creatures that belong to no circle of Hell. Now and then one stands where a monster should be — on a tap or inside an auto-run chain, with its own card on the map.
A Stray cannot be killed and cannot kill you. Land the hits it asks for before its clock runs out; miss, and it gives nothing. The count is set to your own weapon's pace.
Beat one for a chance at its piece, kept on the shelf in your Collection.

FightsCodex

  • The line at the top of the fight window (Raid, Risings) — the boss's phase and its rule scroll across it, and the name of each attack shows there as it lands.
  • DEALT and TAKEN over the fight log — the bar and the total only; the damage types and resistances under them are gone.
  • A boss's health bar (Raid, Risings) — flashes green when the boss heals.

Bag

  • The slot picker's third button — More → Card.

RaidCodex

  • This week's raid — every guild's bar stands full again with this release and the week's damage is cleared; banked strikes and caches owed stay.
  • A strike's clock — 25 rounds → none. A strike runs until you die or the Lord does, and the Lord hits harder the longer you stand.
  • Where a strike is fought — at the Lord's depth, the roster's median → at your own deepest depth. The bar counts bodies (thirty zone bosses at each striker's depth), so every member's strike counts, whatever their depth.
  • The Lord's health bar — sized to your roster → sized to a roster of at least 8. A small guild faces a bigger guild's Lord.
  • The Lord's bar in the fight window — one body is 10 zone bosses → 30. Fewer bars, each slower to strip; the count beside its name says how many stand.
  • The Raid tab — the Lord, its bar and phase, your strikes and the Strike button, then the contribution board. The pays panel and the after-strike log are gone: the strike plays in the fight window, the Codex has what the raid gives.

Site

  • The Codex — rewritten: a Start here, short lines per section, the numbers under Details, and a journal for every Lord, Rising and Stray.
