How it drops

Broken Storm is a rare unique for the chest slot, always on a Brigandine base. A rare unique, power grade 2 of 5: it falls 4.4× less often than a standard unique. Uniques fall from the Risings; a floor drop is one only once in 100,000. Inside each tier a grade 5 falls 8× less often than a grade 1. Only one copy of a unique can be worn at a time.

Stats

Uniques roll a fixed set of affixes chosen to serve the power; only the values roll, from the depth the item drops at and its quality. Below is Broken Storm exactly as the game rolls it at quality 100, at three depths.

Percent affixes are fixed at a given quality; flat ones grow with depth. Quality runs 50–125% and multiplies every line.
