Phoenix Plume
Rare uniqueAmuletPendantHealth, tanking and risk
Once per fight a killing blow leaves you at 35% HP instead — and the rest of it burns in over the next 5 seconds.
How it drops
Phoenix Plume is a rare unique for the amulet slot, always on a Pendant base. A rare unique, power grade 3 of 5: it falls 6.7× less often than a standard unique. Uniques fall from the Risings; a floor drop is one only once in 100,000. Inside each tier a grade 5 falls 8× less often than a grade 1. Only one copy of a unique can be worn at a time.
Stats
Uniques roll a fixed set of affixes chosen to serve the power; only the values roll, from the depth the item drops at and its quality. Below is Phoenix Plume exactly as the game rolls it at quality 100, at three depths.
| Quality 100 | d 100 | d 1,000 | d 10,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Health (implicit) | +576 | +31,356 | +2,905,236 |
| Health | +576 | +31,356 | +2,905,236 |
| Fire Resistance | +18% | +18% | +18% |
| Status Avoidance | +14% | +14% | +14% |
| Barrier | +320 | +17,420 | +1,614,020 |
| Item score | 183 | 9,954 | 922,297 |
Percent affixes are fixed at a given quality; flat ones grow with depth. Quality runs 50–125% and multiplies every line.
Builds it belongs to
It lives in the Health, tanking and risk family of uniques, alongside Visage of Wrath, Warding Skull, Colossus Sigil, Girdle of Iron Will. Stacking uniques from one family is how a mechanic is pushed past what affixes alone allow.
