How it drops
Palms of the Damned is a unique for the gloves slot, always on a Gauntlets base. Power grade 2 of 5: it falls 1.5× as often as a standard unique. Uniques fall from the Risings; a floor drop is one only once in 100,000. Inside each tier a grade 5 falls 8× less often than a grade 1. Only one copy of a unique can be worn at a time.

It lives in the Shock family of uniques, alongside Pitstorm Coil, Hellstorm Edge, Godspark, Last Light. Stacking uniques from one family is how a mechanic is pushed past what affixes alone allow.
